Jiu-Jitsu concentrates on dominating your opponent by using angles, leverage, and superior body positioning to control an opponent’s body movement. It is a chess game on the ground, and the possibilities to thrive in this sport are endless. The benefits of training are personal and different for everyone, but it WILL change your life.

A Community
Classes include 60 minutes of quality instruction. We will typically cover 3-4 techniques per session. The techniques will be relevant to each other, building upon one another in a progression. Each technique will be broken down in great detail by the instructor, who will demonstrate the technique 4-5 times. You will then pair up with a partner and try the technique under the watchful eye of the instructor. Working closely with each other and the instructor builds a community within the gym where everyone helps everyone. We do more than train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu -- we build genuine friendships.
